AIR TIGHTNESS TEST

AIR TIGHTNESS TEST
· After inflating the air spring bag, inspect all air line fittings for potential leaks.
· Spray soapy water on the fittings. If there is a leak, expanding bubbles will appear around the leaking area.
· If the leak is at the tubing connection, ensure the cut is square and the tube is fully inserted into the fitting.
· If the leak is at the threaded air fitting, tighten it another quarter turn and test again.
. Before driving, ensure the entire system is leak-free, airtight, and that all air lines and wiring harnesses are securely fastened.
