Application

Compatible for Ford 9-inch rear axles with "New Style" Big Bearing (Torino Style) flange pattern.
Flange Bolt Pattern: Specifically fits axle flanges with 3.562" Horizontal x 2.000" Vertical bolt spacing.
Axle Offset: Requires housing offset of 2-3/8" to 2-1/2" (measured from housing flange exterior to axle flange exterior).
Wheel Requirement: Fits 15-inch and larger wheels only.

Housing End Requirement:
Must have compatible for Ford 9" New Style Big Bearing (Torino Style) housing ends:
- 3.150" O.D. bearing
- 3/8" bearing retainer bolt holes


IMPORTANT NOTE:
DOES NOT compatible for Ford 9" Old Style Big Bearing axle housings with 3.500" x 2.375" flange pattern.
DOES NOT FIT Pickup truck housings or 1950s 9" housings (insufficient backspace).
Please measure your axle flange bolt pattern before purchasing to ensure compatibility.

This kit is designed for hydraulic service braking (foot brake) only. It does NOT include a parking/emergency brake mechanism. Installation will likely disable your original mechanical parking brake.

Aftermarket Modification: This is not an OEM replacement. Due to variations in production years and prior modifications, professional installation is highly recommended. Minor adjustments or machining to the axle flange may be required for proper fitment.
