Feature

1.Prevents oil leakage under high-pressure conditions using triple-layered Swiss-engineered seals designed for pressure resistance.
2.Employ powder metallurgy valve discs featuring high wear resistance and precision.
3.Processed using imported machining centers with precision machining, ensuring a flatness error of no more than 2 microns.
4.Uses a low-carbon alloy steel output shaft treated with carbonitriding (carbon-nitrogen co-penetration) and cyaniding processes for extended lifespan.
5.Adopts Simonox S-type triple bearings with strong radial load capacity and high-pressure resistance.

2.Professional Installation Is Highly Recommended.
3.Operates within a normal oil temperature range of 20°C to 60°C, with a maximum system temperature of 90°C (which must not exceed one hour).
4.The filter precision is 10–30 microns. It is strongly recommended to install magnetic drain plugs at the bottom of the oil tank to prevent metallic debris from entering the system. The solid particle contamination level of the hydraulic oil must not exceed 19/16 (ISO 4406 standard).
5.At an oil temperature of 40°C, the working viscosity ranges from 42 to 74 mm²/s. Hydraulic oil selection should be based on operational and environmental temperature requirements. ISO VG 46 or 32 hydraulic oils are recommended.
6.When used in series or parallel configurations with a back pressure exceeding 10 MPa (at rotational speeds below 200 RPM), the external drain port must be directly connected to the oil tank.
