2. 5-Axis CNC Precision Forging: Each piston undergoes 3D stress simulation optimization to eliminate weak points and ensure uniform stress distribution; material thickness is precisely controlled in key areas such as the piston top surface, skirt, and pin holes to achieve "on-demand strength distribution."

3. 4032 Aluminum Alloy: Low coefficient of thermal expansion, suitable for low-boost, street, and entry-level racing vehicles.

4. Piston Skirt Coating Technology: Anti-wear molybdenum disulfide skirt coating reduces the friction coefficient between the piston and cylinder wall, improves wear resistance, resists corrosion, reduces heat conduction, lowers operating temperature, and thus extends oil life.

5. Optimize the design of pin hole oil groove and oil hole: improve lubrication effect under high speed and high load, reduce friction and wear, and prevent overheating.

6. Eccentric Design: Reduces lateral forces, suppresses piston knocking noise, improves piston smoothness at top dead center, and reduces the risk of unilateral wear and blow-by.

7. Tolerance Control: Weight is controlled by precisely removing material from non-load-bearing areas, managing batch weight deviations to ensure the balance of the four-cylinder engine. Tolerance range ±0.005-0.01mm, weight tolerance ±1g.
