Note

1、Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
2、 Use the jack only on level and firm surfaces. Be aware that the jack may sink into soft surfaces.
3、Ensure the jack is correctly positioned beneath the vehicle before operating.
4、Keep air hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check air hose for wear before each use, and ensure that all connections are secure.
5、DO NOT exceed the rated capacity of the air jack.
6、DO NOT adjust or tamper with the safety valve.
7、DO NOT leave the jack as sole support for the vehicle. This is a lifting device only.
8、DO NOT use the jack to support the vehicle. After jacking always support vehicle on suitable axle stands before starting work.
9、DO NOT overinflate, maximum air pressure.
10、Keep hands away from the jack pad at all times.
11、Only attachments and/or adaptors supplied by the manufacturer shall be used.
12、Wear Safety goggles.
13、Avoid contact with petroleum-based products or chemicals of any kind.
14、Jack base must be parallel to the lifting point to prevent uneven jacking that may cause sudden drop of load.
15、Keep sharp objects away from the bag. A punctured bag will cause the jack to fall without warning, resulting in serious injury or property damage.

MAINTENANCE

The MaXpeedingRods Air Jack is designed for low-maintenance. However, please observe the following suggestions:
1.Visually inspect Air Jak before each use. Ascertain the jack has no broken or damaged parts.
2.Put a few drops of pneumatic tool oil on the air inlet occasionally (monthly).
3.Using a cleaning cloth or air gun, remove all dust and dirt that may affect the performance or life of the product.
4.We strongly recommend that you have your lifting equipment inspected annually by an accredited individual.
5.Raise the jack to its maximum height without load and check the air circuit for leaks.
6.Check that the markings (technical table on the handle and maximum capacity label on the jack) are the same as in the original condition once a year.
